Is it less dumb than the last ignite?
ReplyDeleteSince this was my first Ignite, I have no basis for reference. However, while it was a demonstration of geekery, and some of the speakers were fantastic, I wasn't as inspired as I thought I might be to try something I wouldn't have tried. I wasn't expecting a sale-pitch exactly, but I was expecting to see things that would take me outside of my own box a bit more than they did. There was more than a bit of preaching to the choir in a few of the cases. It was exciting to be there, don't get me wrong, and the social aspect of it was incredible. Yet it was somewhat lacking in mind-blowing content.
